CURRICULUM
Each Jiu Jitsu program has a carefully crafted curriculum for a solid foundation and growth while fostering discipline, respect, teamwork, mental resilience and self-defense. These fun and engaging Jiu Jitsu classes also build skills to succeed on and off the mats.
FITNESS
Our BJJ (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu) program is an excellent way for your pre-teens to stay active, encouraging a healthy lifestyle and balanced well-being by promoting regular physical activity.
SELF-DEFENSE
Our experienced Brazilian Jiu Jitsu instructors ensure safe skill development. BJJ emphasizes leverage and technique over brute strength. It provides your pre-teens with practical self-defense skills, increasing their confidence and sense of empowerment.
CULTURE
Our Jiu Jitsu instructors create a supportive environment of like-minded individuals. It is a collective effort for surpassing expectations and inspiring personal growth, success and lifelong friendships. We also strongly promote communication with one another, learning valuable conflict resolution skills.

Professor Estefan and his wife Bianca are extremely kind and supportive and I have so much respect for the kind open hearts they show to all comers especially the kids... What an inspiring environment! Professor Estefan and Bianca have created a beautiful space that welcomes everyone and makes us all feel like family. Excellent school, the teacher is super affectionate and attentive to the students, my son loves it, he says that in this school, he learns and has fun, he has the contact that is what he likes the most. He never liked another Jui-Jitsu school, but this one he says he loves, I recommend it 100%
